Distance: 125 kms from Bangalore and 32.4 kms from mysore

How to reach:

Nearest airport- Mysore Airport approx. 40km

Nearest railway station- Pandavpura railway station

Roadways- Take a bus from Bangalore to Mandya or Srirangapatnam and from there head to Pandavapura in a local transport. Reaching Pandavapura, you can hire an auto to reach the base of Kunti Betta

How to reach:

Take a bus from Bangalore city to Magadi followed by an Auto for the rest of the 11kms of journey.

 Description:

Savandurga Trek Situated at an elevation of 1,226 meters, the Savandurga Hills is one of the highest monoliths in Asia, formed by two peaks, Billigudda and Karigudda. Billigudda is the most preferred peak for trekking courtesy of its gentler slopes. One comes across the walls of the Tipu Sultan’s Fort at various levels of the journey. The seven walls of the fort indicates how much more one has to travel.

By road: Take a cab or private vehicle and go via BTM Layout- Silk Board route

Nearest Railway Station: Kolar railway station is 3kms away

Anthargange is one of the cultural tourist spot with a series of rock formation and rock caves which attracts lots og tourists to this place. It has an altitude of 1712 m from sea level. How to reach: Take the national highway (NH) to reach Halagur Village via Kanakpura. Reaching the village, take the village road that takes you to Bheemeshwari via Muthati.

Nearest airport and railhead is in Bangalore.

Description:

Bheemeshwari is a combination of quaint valley, rivers and criss-cross streams. It is surrounded by large forest area with a wide variety of wild life. The treks are available from 4 km to 30 km long trails.
